Credits

• Credits are the unit of purchase used to generate brand kits.
• Credits are delivered instantly to your account after successful payment.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.

Intellectual property & license

Subject to payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use generated assets for personal and commercial purposes. See our IP & License page for details.

User-provided content

You retain rights to inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them in order to deliver the service.

Payments, taxes, and billing

All prices are in EUR unless stated. Applicable taxes may apply at checkout. See Billing Terms.

Refunds

All sales are final after purchase for digital credits, except where required by law. Contact contact@novabrandkit.com for support.

Disclaimers

AI outputs are provided "as is" without warranties. Review before use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaBrand's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
