Today NovaBrand sells one-time credit packs. These terms explain payment, taxes, receipts and disputes.
What you're buying
Credits, sold as one-time purchases. 1 credit = 1 brand kit workflow.
Payment authorization
By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Taxes
VAT or sales tax may apply at checkout based on your location.
Receipts
Receipts are emailed automatically after every successful purchase.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your purchase is not completed and credits are not delivered.
Chargebacks
Please contact contact@novabrandkit.com first — most issues can be resolved without a chargeback.

Future subscription products
If we introduce subscriptions, separate terms will be shown at checkout.
